I apologize, once again, for my absence on this blog. I’ve been thinking about things that I could write about — but haven’t actually done any writing. We are going to visit my dad soon. I hope to see that he is much improved. My mom says that he is doing much better. Oh. But the road that he has yet to travel. It will be very, very long. We are not really thinking about the months to go…but are more just doing the “one day at a time” thing. I’m sure that is more healthy. And I’m not a good worrier. So I’m just going to wait and see and cheer him all the way. That is my strategy. My mom has had a rough day. (A rough few weeks, of course, but specifically a rough day today.) She had her purse stolen in the hospital. She knows that a stolen purse is nothing in the greater scheme of things, but it is frustrating, nevertheless. Bless her heart. Pray for her, please. And, if you would pray for our trip, I would be most grateful. Happy Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, y’all. I promise to write about children and food next week. :)

I apologize, once again, for my absence on this blog. I’ve been thinking about things that I could write about — but haven’t actually done any writing. We are going to visit my dad soon.
