But it isn&#8217;t summer any more.  And I have lots of places to be and these people who live with me still want to eat &#8212; a lot.  So&#8230;.my life is forcing me to be more organized.  <\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s what I&#8217;m planning.  <\/p>\n<p>Monday:  Pasta with meatballs, sauteed spinach with garlic, bread<br \/>\nTuesday:  Turkey subs with pesto and tomato, sweet potato fries and roasted broccoli<br \/>\nWednesday:  Sauteed chicken tenders with sauce, broccoli leftovers, rice<br \/>\nThursday:  Pasta leftovers, sauteed spinach, fruit, bread,<br \/>\nFriday:  chicken nachos, rice, fruit<br \/>\nSaturday: Salmon with lemon butter sauce, sauteed cherry tomatoes, rice, fruit<br \/>\nSunday:  Turkey subs with pesto and tomato, fries, fruit (lunch)<br \/>\nBreakfast for dinner &#8211; Breakfast for dinner &#8211; eggs, bacon, biscuits, fruit<\/p>\n<p>I think that is it.  You nutrition police don&#8217;t come get me, okay? This week is my experiment of what can happen when I have a plan.  I&#8217;ll let you know how it turns out.<\/p>\n<p><i>Update:  The best laid plans aren&#8217;t worth squat when the debit card isn&#8217;t brought on the grocery trip.  So I reckon my experiment with having a plan will be postponed until tomorrow.
