This is my &#8220;New York Cheesecake&#8221; attempt.  I hope it is good.  Part of me thinks that the kids at the banquet won&#8217;t really like it because of the only slightly sweet sour cherry topping, but I don&#8217;t know, maybe.<\/p>\n<p>I suppose that some of it might come home for us to eat.  I&#8217;m torn over that outcome, since that would mean that I could actually eat a piece and I don&#8217;t think that would be all that great for me, calorie-wise.  <\/p>\n<p>We shall see.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/auto_images\/hires\/img63481302911169.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/auto_images\/lowres\/img63481302911169.jpg\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Happy Friday, everyone!<\/p>\n<p><i>Update:  Some came home.
