I just got in from a busy morning\/early afternoon and was staring into the fridge with no inspiration, whatsoever. I needed to eat something but I wanted something good. That’s when I spied some leftover red onions that I cooked a few days ago when I made fajitas.<\/p>\n
Those onions on a sandwich grilled with cheese and some fresh tomato — yummy. <\/p>\n
It shall be repeated again, and soon.<\/p>\n
Hope that y’all are having a pleasant Wednesday though I’m at a loss as to determining how can it be Wednesday already.<\/p>\n
