Of course, that isn&#8217;t really his name.   His name isn&#8217;t the point of this post but having a name is important for the example.  And I&#8217;m a wee bit paranoid about people that I don&#8217;t know knowing my son&#8217;s name. On to the conversation which happens to be an example of the egocentric tendencies of this 3 year old.<\/p>\n<p>This is a conversation that we have multiple times per day.  Usually, I&#8217;m praising his sweetness, preciousness, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Me:  Levi, you are so sweet!<br \/>\nL: (said at a yell) No!  I not so sweet&#8230;.I&#8217;M SO LEVI!!!!!!!!<br \/>\nMe:  So you&#8217;re not sweet?<br \/>\nL:  (said in a normal voice, like, matter-of-factly, duh)  No I not so sweet.  I&#8217;m so Levi.<\/p>\n<p>At least he knows who he is.  It is funny how three year olds KNOW what 30 year olds ponder.
