The recipe looks simple.  It is.  It is worth making, too.  Definitely better than a mix from a box&#8230;and better than other &#8220;homemade&#8221; pancakes that I&#8217;ve made before.\r\n\r\n1 egg\r\n1 C. flour\r\n3\/4-1 C. milk (more or less depending on how thick you like  your pancakes)\r\n2 T. butter, melted\r\n1 T. sugar\r\n1 T. baking powder\r\n1\/2 t. salt\r\n\r\nBeat egg until fluffy.\r\nAdd milk and melted butter.\r\nAdd dry ingredients.\r\n\r\nIt is that simple.
