Beef Stew, Yummy!<\/b><\/p>\n
Okay, I know that the weather during which we particularly appreciate dishes like stew is rapidly leaving us…and good riddance, I say. But, yesterday I made a wonderful beef stew<\/a> for the first time and I really have to recommend it to you. <\/p>\n You can find the recipe and lots of other tasty, easy recipes here<\/a> on the Three Many Cooks<\/a> website. Now, the stew itself is great, but Pam also gives a quick cook method, here<\/a>, that reduces the time in the oven to one and a half hours. If you’re like me, that’s just enough time to roast some potatoes, clean up the kitchen, set the table and do a few loads of laundry — in other words, your dinner is done before you know it.
