\nI don’t know if this heads-up will catch anyone in time, but Frank Stitt, chef and owner of Highland’s Bar and Grill in Birmingham, Alabama, and author of the great cookbook, Southern Table<\/i><\/a>, will be on the Martha show tomorrow, Wednesday, April 11. My sister brought me the cookbook when she recently visited and I love it. I LOVE IT. His is the first cookbook that I have been tempted to cook my way through — like some people do with Julia Child’s cookbooks. His cooking combines some French techniques with Southern ingredients.
