{"id":3433,"date":"2006-12-15T09:52:18","date_gmt":"2006-12-15T09:52:18","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2017-03-23T04:25:23","modified_gmt":"2017-03-23T04:25:23","slug":"","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.annbarlow.com\/?p=3433","title":{"rendered":"Persuasion"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Persuasion<\/b><br \/>\nI wanted to mention to all of you who might be Jane Austen fans that the movie <i>Persuasion<\/i> will be on Saturday night on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbcamerica.com\/bbcamerica.jsp\">BBC America<\/a>.  I looked at the movie on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0114117\/\">IMDB<\/a> and decided that it is definitely worth watching&#8230;or taping.  Which reminds me that I need to get a new tape today.  All of our vhs tapes are so old that when you fast forward or rewind them it sounds like a small helicopter is taking off.<\/p>\n<p>Other things I&#8217;ll be up to this weekend&#8230;..<br \/>\n&#8212; hopefully not getting the cold virus that has claimed all but one boy and kept my oldest home from school 4 days this week.<br \/>\n&#8212; hopefully making cream cheese braids for the teachers at school.<br \/>\n&#8212; hopefully wrapping up my Christmas shopping.  This is not as hard as it sounds since I buy all of like 5 gifts every year.<br \/>\n&#8212; hopefully figuring out what we&#8217;ll do with Sprugeon while we are gone&#8230;..too bad you can&#8217;t cryogenically store pets for a week.
