I carved up the rest of my ham yesterday&#8230;.and, well, let&#8217;s just say that I&#8217;m happy to be finished doing that.<\/p>\n<p>Here is an excellent recipe for ham leftovers.<\/p>\n<p>Crustless Savory Quiche<\/p>\n<p>3 eggs<br \/>\n1 3 oz. package cream cheese<br \/>\n1 12 oz. carton small curd cottage cheese<br \/>\n1\/4 cup butter, softened<br \/>\n1\/4 cup all-purpose flour<br \/>\n1\/2 t. baking powder<br \/>\n1\/4 t. salt<br \/>\nPepper to taste<br \/>\n1\/2 cup milk<br \/>\n1 cup grated cheddar cheese<br \/>\n1\/2 cup cooked chopped ham<br \/>\n2 T. minced green onion<br \/>\n1\/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)<\/p>\n<p>1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.<br \/>\n2.  Grease a 9 inch pie plate.  Set aside.<br \/>\n3.  In a large mixing bowl, beat egs.  Beat in cream cheese, cottage cheese and butter until almost smooth.<br \/>\n4.  In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.  Stir in egg mixture until thoroughly blended.  Beat in milk.  Pour into prepared pie plate.<br \/>\n5.  Sprinkle with cheese and ham.  Sprinkle with green onions and mushrooms.<br \/>\n6.  Bake 30-40 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>(This quiche is good and very easy.
