Everything looks fine. The tired daddy-to-be says to the doctor, “Hey, while we’re looking, why don’t we make sure we’re still having a girl.”<\/p>\n
The tiny doctor, from Guatemala — if memory serves, hooted loudly and, zooming the ultrasound thingy across the giant belly says, pointing to the screen, “These don’t come on a girl!!” And then the doctor laughed some more.<\/p>\n
That is when we knew that the baby was not going to be the one we had been calling Mary Ellen for the last 5 months.<\/p>\n
No. Instead, we were having this buster.<\/p>\n
