I don’t know why I’ve been perusing design blogs lately since it’s not likely anything will changing around my house anytime soon. \u00a0I think it is just that the cleverness of humans is always exciting to me. \u00a0Plus, I like to see what folks are up to.<\/p>\n
So, I wanted to mention a few things that I’ve liked recently.<\/p>\n
First, Little Green Notebook <\/a>has a step-by-step of how to do your own tufted headboard<\/a>. \u00a0Very cool. \u00a0I really love the whole room she designed with the headboard, too. \u00a0So, you might want to check it out.<\/p>\n Then, Making It Lovely<\/a> shows a bedroom that she designed. \u00a0She and the homeowner had a very strict budget and I think that the whole thing came together beautifully. \u00a0Making It Lovely has some great ideas and she is really good at restrained but thoughtful accessorizing.<\/p>\n Finally, this was also on Little Green Notebook, but in the post she shares other people’s ingenuity in making sunburst mirrors out of a very interesting (cheap!) material<\/a>. \u00a0I think that I’m partial to the gray one.<\/p>\n I hope that y’all have had a great Wednesday!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" I don’t know why I’ve been perusing design blogs lately since it’s not likely anything will changing around my house anytime soon. \u00a0I think it is just that the cleverness of humans is always exciting to me. \u00a0Plus, I like … Continue reading
